Walled Lake Northern is one of the only schools in our area with a class like Outdoor Pursuits. In this course students learn camping and other outdoor skills, including, but not limited to: fire building, outdoor cooking, hiking, biking, canoeing, fishing, knot tying, plant identification, wilderness first aid, and more. The calumniating activity is a 3 day camping trip. The class has grown in popularity, and therefore we need more supplies! We currently only have enough tents for only 1/3 of the class, which means some students will be asked to bring tents from home. The problem is - not all students have tents at home! Adding more tents to our class inventory would allow more student the ability to camp without us scrambling to find loaner tents. Please help us have a TENTastic Time at Camp!
