In our second-grade classroom, it is a pivotal year when children grow in their reading abilities. We are seeking funds to create vibrant, well-equipped literacy centers filled with high-quality materials. This grant will provide materials and activities that are carefully aligned to our new curriculum. These resources will give every student, no matter their starting point, the chance to build confidence, strengthen foundational skills, and develop higher-level thinking. By investing in these materials, we can spark curiosity, inspire creativity, and nurture a lifelong love of reading and writing for all of our second graders.
