Accelerating Learning: Physics Tools for Force and Motion

Fraser High School

Pionk

Share:

Hands-on experimentation is essential for deep understanding in physics, but our current classroom equipment is insufficient for full student participation. This project will provide collision carts, plunger carts, hooked mass sets, and pulleys—tools that allow students to directly explore core physics concepts such as motion, forces, momentum, and energy transfer. These resources will transform abstract equations into tangible experiments where students can collect and analyze their own data. By equipping the classroom with reliable, modern equipment, we will increase student engagement, allow for more inquiry-based activities, and provide every learner with the opportunity to model real-world physical systems. This investment will support collaboration, problem solving, and scientific reasoning skills that are essential for success in physics and beyond.
