Our class has created our own country to bring economics to life! Students are learning by becoming executive officers, entrepreneurs, and citizens, designing their own products and services to sell during four exciting market days throughout the year. Fourth graders earn our classroom currency by showing responsibility, then use it to shopâcreating a real-world economy experience. To make this possible, we need to purchase materials like craft supplies, tools, and packaging so students can bring their business ideas to life.
