I am a fifth-grade teacher at Green Elementary and my classroom cash grant project is to provide faster, working technology for my 29 students in class. The problem that my students currently face is outdated and limited technology that is provided in my class. In addition, the routine use of technology is not consistent because we are expected to share the laptop cart between all classes in our building. Due to the lack of technological resources, my students are not able to use the excellent online learning programs that have been purchased by our school and district with fidelity. My goal is to use the awarded MSGCU grant money to purchase newer laptops for our classroom to use. Through the use of updated technology, I can provide students more learning opportunities by differentiating their instruction through daily rounds, interventional support, and challenging activities. We hope you vote for us to support our needs! Thank you! :)
