Our students will be working in groups to create life-like habitats. Students will research different types of habitats for their animals and environment. Once they have finished their research, they will begin using materials and resources to create a hands-on visual of their habitat. The objective is that students will have a better understanding of different habitats, environments, and ecosystems. They will be able to be very hands-on and engaged with one another. I love the concept of students having a large selection of materials and resources to create these different habitats. Unfortunately, I have not been able to financially support this project and students had to bring in materials from home. It was difficult for students to transport the materials and it took a lot away from this project.
