Tower ball is a game that I frequently play with my kindergarten through second graders here at Our Lady of the Lakes. That game itself is set up using cones, tennis or whiffle balls and foam covered balls. The objective is to protect your towers (which are two cones with a ball on each) while trying to knock down the other teams towers. Students are able to kick, roll or throw balls at the towers while guarding their tower by blocking or catching balls that are aimed at their towers. I like to use the foam covered balls due to them being soft, easy to catch/roll/throw and with different sizes it gives the students more options. I add modifications to this game as students' skills progress but this is the main version I use for the first part of the year.
