I am seeking to bring Michigan's Reptarium to our school. They bring the zoo right to the school. Children typically have a fascination and love of animals. It is crucial that they are exposed to different species and see and experience as many different creatures up close as they can. These experiences result in a respect for God's creation and an understanding that this world is ours to share and take care of, not just for ourselves, but for all creation. The Reptarium program with the grant money could reach my Kindergarten class. The Reptarium educators will allow the students to hold and interact with the animals and will be available to answer questions.
