I am hoping to add a new Sensory table to our classroom to build my students fine motor skills and add an additional learning space for my Young Five students. Fine motor skills are essential to our classroom to assure my students can hold their writing utensils correctly. I would also like to add a 2-person table to our classroom to give my students additional learning space. This table will give my students an area where they can explore a variety of activities such as playdough, puzzles and manipulatives. We have many manipulatives for my students but many are stored in the cupboards. I would like to get a shelf to allow us to store the manipulatives out for the students to be able use freely, giving them an easier opportunity to access them.
